Silvio

Silvio is a 3 year old fawn male who came to us last October after he broke his leg at the track. He would love a home with other Greyhounds and a human around for companionship. Silvio would benefit from daily walks to strengthen his leg and has the best "wiggle" when he walks. He is a little unsure when meeting new people but warms up quickly. Silvio does not seem to be cat safe.

Carney

Carney is a 5 year old white/brindle male who came in December. He is a very special boy, headstrong, pushy, and outgoing. He loves to play rough with people and other dogs. He can be mouthy and as big as he is, he may not be the right fit for small children. Carney can play fetch and likes walking although he needs some leash work. Carney is not cat or small dog safe but would make a fun companion for an active household.

Whitey

Whitey is a 5 year old white/fawn male who was returned with Dasiy due to health reasons of their owner. He gets along with other dogs in foster home, loves to play in fenced yard, or just laying in the sun. He likes walks and is good on the leash. Whitey is a happy boy that loves to snuggle. He has a history of separation anxiety, and acting out when left alone but does well with natural remedies. He can be very interested in small animals at times and may not be good with small children as well.

Ace

Ace is a 9 year old red male who is used to home life. He is very friendly, good-natured and likes company. He still enjoys a good chase in the yard as much as lying in the grass.  He also walks nicely on leash. Ace would do well with other dogs but does not seem to be cat safe.

Max

Max is an almost 2 year old red fawn male who came off the track in June. He is playful and very friendly. He loves toys and would do well in almost any household. Max seems to be cat safe.

Twist

Twist is a 7 year old fawn brindle female who is used to home life. She is quiet, very lovable and would love human companionship in her new home. Twist seems to be cat safe.

Tully

Tully is a 3 year old brindle male who came off the track in April. He is lively, fun-loving and a little mischievous. He likes everyone and would love other Greyhounds and people around for company. He loves life and would make a good family dog. Tully seems to be cat workable.

Tamatha

Tamatha is a 5 y.o. black female who came off the track in 2009. She is a small girl, quiet and unassuming. She likes people and would make a wonderful companion. Tamatha seems to be okay with cats.

Ellie

Ellie is a 3 1/2 year old white/brindle female who is used to home life. Ellie loves people and would probably do well as an only dog in her household. She is affectionate, beautiful and very sweet. Ellie does not seem to be cat safe but would make an excellent companion.
